Q: How much does it cost to use Runstream?
A: Nothing, its absolutely free to create and manage a feed with Runstream.
Q: Can I use Runstream to Podcast?
A: Absolutely. We give you all the tools to create and manage a dedicated Podcast. You will need to have the media (music, video, etc.) ready beforehand.
Q: How many feeds do I get?
A: Each account comes with one (1) feed. This can be either an RSS feed or Podcast. If you need extra feeds, there are several options available here.
Q: How can I create a feed?
A: Runstream has a "Feed Wizard" which makes creating and updating your feed a snap. Take a look at our Knowledgebase for step by step instructions and screencasts.
Q: Ok, this sounds great! How do I get started?
A: It only takes a minute to create an account. Go here and enter a username and your email (make sure it's an active account since we will be sending your password here.). That's it - you'll receive a password which you can change after logging into the Runstream Dashboard.
Q: Uh oh, I lost my password - now what do I do?
A: Don't worry, it happens to all of us at some point. As long as you have the email you registered with you can always request a new password be sent to you.
Q: Do you guys offer any form of support?
A: Of course. We recommend that you check our knowledgebase first since the answers to most common issues can be found here. If you still need assistance, don't hesitate to contact us. We respond to all requests as promptly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Q: Is there any way that I can use Runstream on my own server?
A: Yes. Contact Erssa to find out more about running the Erssa platform in your own infrastructure.
