Cedar Creek, a wholesale building materials distribution company based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, has purchased three wholesale distribution yards in Texas from Alamo Forest Products, San Antonio, Texas. The acquisition adds yards in San Antonio, Houston and Harlingen to Cedar Creek's nine locations.

SRS Acquisition Corp., a construction supply company based out of McKinney, Texas, announced the opening of two new locations: a Wilson Wholesale facility in Schaumburg, Ill., and a Southern Shingles store in Oklahoma City. With the new locations, SRS will now be operating out of 38 locations in 13 states under 10 business names.

Roofing Supply Group (RSG), a wholesale distributor of roofing supplies and related materials, announced acquisition of Northwest Roofing Supply. RSG operates a strategic distribution network of 58 branches across 22 states, focused exclusively on residential and commercial roofing products and accessories.

Acme Building Materials Inc. has recently added a new location in Rochester Hills, Mich. With the addition of the new location, Acme Building Materials can better service southeast Michigan. This large facility will allow the company to store roofing products either indoors or under cover, carry a wide variety of Mastic siding and boast the largest Andersen Windows showroom in Oakland County.
